Nguyen Thi Minh Hieu, (Minh), received her PhD in Psychology from Massey University, New Zealand. Before beginning her academic career, she worked for the United Nations Development Programme after earning her BA in Japan. Her research interest is in the field of I/O Psychology, including entrepreneurship, leadership, culture, and sustainable development. She has long experience of working with social enterprises, leading the Project SENSE (Social Enterprises for a Sustainable Economy). Being in charge of External Affairs for the Vietnam Association of Psychology (VAP), Minh Hieu is working hard to promote the collaboration of VAP with international partners.
